Preferential rates for Batteries participants

We secured a block of rooms at a special discounted rate at several hotels in Nice near the Congress Center. Rooms are available on a "first come, first served" basis.

Please make your reservations as soon as possible by using the BATTERIES 2013 booking form.

Prices are available until 13^th September 2013 depending on the availabilities of the hotel.

Reservations procedure

For booking, the hotel asks a guarantee of 50% of total amount all taxes included of the stay confirmed that will be debit at the reservation. The total payment of the stay (extras included) will be due at the departure of the hotel.

All the reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card whose expiration date is valid until the last day of your stay.

Policy of guarantee

In case of cancellation: Total reimbursement of the deposit before 13th September 2013.

Between 14th September 2013 and 1st October 2013, the deposit will be kept by the hotel.

Starting from 2nd October 2013, the total cost of the stay confirmed will be due.

In case of a no show : Each room nights’ confirmed and not occupied will be billed for the entire stay. (taxes included)

Check in at 3pm check out before 12am (any overrunning may result in the billing of an additional night at the public rate).
