The registration fees include : 

- Conference papers
- Admission to all sessions
- Free entrance to the commercial exhibition 
- Refreshments during session breaks
- Lunches
- Business dinner

Terms of participation: All payments must be received prior to the event.

Cancellations and refunds: All cancellations must be sent in writing to Le Public Système.
For refunds, please state your full bank account details in the written cancellation. 
For cancellations received before September 16^th 2013, payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 50 EUR. 
We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations received after September 16^th 2013.
